Our Commitment
We raise our animals in a humane and sustainable way, allowing them to roam freely on our pastures.
Problem:
The industrial farming sector frequently prioritizes profit over animal welfare and health, leading to diminished food quality and nutritional value, while subjecting animals to lives of despair and suffering.
Solution:
Purely Pastured offers a solution through the use of small-scale, nutritionally rich, and diverse plant pastures, combined with sustainable farming practices. This approach prioritizes animal welfare, environmental integrity, and nutritional excellence, while fostering a direct connection between our consumers and the land.
We raise Freedom Ranger Chickens on pasture, a breed designed for meat production which matures a bit longer than typical broilers, but produces a healthier meat with rich flavor, more yellow omega-3 fat, with higher vitamin E and beta-carotene levels than commercial raised chicken.
We offer farm-fresh, free-range, beautiful, healthy eggs! All of our chickens are fed only the best, non GMO, organic feeds and have no added hormones or antibiotics. We also offer fertilized eggs for hatching from our mixed flock of heritage breeds.

Pasture Raised Pigs
Humanely raised pigs, free to roam and feed on organic pastures. The Idaho Pasture pig forages naturally on designed pastures while supplementing their diet with goat's milk and acorns. The pork is known for its juicy and flavorful meats, high in heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins K2, E, CLA, and other essential nutrients.
